ROLES | Creative Director & Designer for LA Label. Conceptualizing and researching designs for locally made activewear for young mothers and women of all shapes and sizes. Roles included managing the design process from concept to consumer, training of the design team, business development & strategy, and trade show curation.
RESPONSIBILITIES | Market and trend research in trending activewear styles, streamlining production and development, textile sourcing, team management and training, tracking production sustainability, securing partnerships with influencers
